Sitting here trying to wake up, drinking my coffee....Mike has the kids so it is an easy morning..I do have a kiln full of bisque that I think I can pull off and glaze and turn in on before I open the shop doors to Botanica...I like a challenge..

Been busy this weekend. making things, taking pictures, listing on Etsy..I feel like my old life is slowly emerging..Spring is here..life is good...a little hard at times, but that is what makes us who we are. So i am told. ha... Here are some photos to brighten up your Monday..

Sunday..i actually get some rest. But do I rest? not really..i try. I think I will watch the French Open..Last day.

I have been busy listing on Etsy working at the shop, making pots, making candles. Have I told you my new love of silk flowers lately? I know..i can't believe I even said that..well, let me tell you...I am in LOVE...The look real, feel real...I get the highest quality and am VERY picky.. I am the flower snob you know. There is nothing like fresh..let me tell you..i am still growing and digging and that will always be there..So here are a few things I want to share..Have a happy Sunday friends...

I am at it again..getting my hands dirty, along with my clothes and everything else i touch..Check out my Etsy...i have been making some soy candles ...They are really good if i don't say so myself. They sell out of the shop (my little store in Eagle Idaho called Botanica)..

These tulips looked like peony. They make me happy. How could they not?

And....these are the soy..I make them in these old terra cotta pots, glass jars and little mini votives..I have tuberose, pink grapefruit, lemon sugar and honeysuckle at the moment.

Hi..I am still pumping out the pots..I actually just got it going again early this year. I took a good year off..It feels good...i am planning on getting some on Etsy real soon.

Spring flowers for a special darling sweet client who looks like Eva Longoria but with blonde hair. for reals...

love this pic. this is Mimi..she is an amazing designer and friend...and cracks me up daily. makes my job fun. We did these for the Governors office ..there were four bull horn things. I liked them . They were really cool. Our Governor is a cowboy. Very fitting.
We have fun, can you tell?? Can you tell that I am tired..I am..more to come this week. i missed you little blog world and blog friends...this is fun. Good Night.

Hi..i am back..to tell you the truth, i missed blogging and the ritual of it all. it is such a creative outlet for me. i think of all the stuff i went thru i just could not really bare to divulge or pretend it was all OK. but i think i am seeing the light..plus i wonder if anyone even cares what i have to say..so i won't say much tonight and just tell you a few little things..

i think i am going to keep my farmerjulie blog and combine the two...

i designed gift cards for the shop. it feels so professional! i love it if i say so myself.

and i am making candles..oh so many candles. the wax is taking over my kitchen..things are not getting done...but my house smells good and i am coming up with some beautiful scents..like:

i love these kiddos..ben and greer. almost been three years since they were diagnosed with type one diabetes..they are doing great and happy even with the teenage hormones flying around.

Hi....Sunday night. I slept most of the day. This work thing takes a lot out of me! ...Shop was busy. We did a wedding and then I had a senior photo shoot. The weather is changing. I can feel Fall is just around the corner. I do not have many trees in my yard so clean up will be a breeze. That is good and bad. I miss that.

Just wanted to say hello..i am still here. Thank you all for your sweet comments on my last post. You all mean so much to me. Thank you for your kindness. I know that I am not alone.

Changes...

It seems i post when things are going well for me...as you can see I rarely post here anymore...Things have changed. Lots of different things..SOme good some not so good..
I will do it easy and make a list of what it is that is happening around my little world. This is not the easiest thing for me to share..but here goes.

1. I am newly divorced.
2. That was hard to say.
3. I opened a flower shop.
4. I love it.
5. I do not live at my farm house anymore..
6. I still get to go and cut my flowers and bring them to my shop.
7. I am still doing pottery, just not as much as before.
8. My kids are doing great, and the diabetes is still a challenge since they are now growing and in high school and middle school..hormones make our lives wacky and the emotions effects their insulin levels. I am proud of them and how they handle it. Like it is no big deal.
9. It has been two years since they were diagnosed with type one and I am finally accepting the disease and not feeling overwhelmed, resentful and angry..
10. i live in a small house that is easy to clean :)
11. I have great people who have come into my life since i opened the shop. I feel more alive than I have in years..
12. I work , work. work!
13. But i dont let it control me like i did with my old flower shops.
14. Still doing the photography...getting busy with some shoots this Fall.
15. That is all so far. I am not sure I will keep this blog or move it over to my flower shop site. I am still thinking about it.
16. I count my blessings everyday..i am grateful...
17.That is all....Hope all is well in your little world!

I took a class online. First one ever. It was with Tracey C. from the famous Shutter Sisters..
Called Picture Spring.

It was fun. I did not do it everyday, but have all the e-mails so I can go back and look at it and do it while i am not trying to open a flower shop. I bought it for myself for my Birthday which was on April Fools day. I did it last minute and so happy that I did. She is doing another class called Picture Summer. I am signing up for that , and cannot wait. I highly recommend this class..It was that great , and for a dollar a day..? Can't beat that!

and I am not getting paid to say this..i just loved it so much.

Pansies are hearty little plants. Why do they get a nickname of pansy for the week and pathetic still baffles me today.. They are faithful..they keep blooming and seeding and re blooming. They withstand freezing temps and snow. They are such a hearty little plant. ! I love them. This was taken last year. I am blowing them up( not literally) and will be decorating with some of my flower photos in the new shop. I am really loving how they are turning out..

Botanica is coming along. The signs went up today. Counters are in.I will get a post in the next few days of the progress.. Have a beautiful Sunday.

This week has been full of sick kids. broken pots, trip to the nursery who is going to carry some of my pottery..a scruffy horse that i let out to eat some new green grass.. Spring cannot come soon enough for me. I want it yesterday! I have a hard time in the winter. Not my favorite time. I get through it barely. Just when i cannot take it anymore the season changes. That is a good thing..

Craving Color

Craving Color...because this is all there is to shoot. I need to get more creative and start taking pictures of food.

Time to get out of the box.

I did see the gum ball machine at lunch yesterday. I am going to try harder at taking quality photos..It has been a long winter and I do not have a ton of motivation these days. I am beginning to feel it coming back though.

Hey. We bought a bunny yesterday. It will be used for photo shoots. I will keep ya posted on that one. So cute. pics to follow.

And i have been thinking I will start some gardening projects and show you how easy it is to grow food and flowers. Coming soon! I promise!

This was the sky this afternoon. I do not think I have seen blue in a month. I even pulled over and got out of my car for this shot..and the next shot is the ex-ray of my poor little sad pathetic pinky finger..i saw the hand dr. and he was actually very nice. He had manners. oh and i about died . I was waiting in the waiting room and two cops come in with an inmate in shackles. It was kind of scary to be honest. I had my camera and so badly wanted to take a picture. I chickened out. Pretended it did not make me nervous, but it did. I am a scaredy cat. I wondered what he did to get in that mess.

So that was my highly interesting day. Have to wear the brace for three weeks. If it does not heal I get to go under the knife. something that I am not thrilled , so no tennis and no throwing pots. I may have to break out the knitting with my friend Kar..!

I was craving color today.

It is grey and yucky out west here in Idaho.

So i listed some sunshine on my Etsy site.

This too shall pass, and my finger will get better and I will probably complain when it is too hot.

For now I will try and enjoy what is in front of me..

I go to the hand specialist Dr. tomorrow to see about my little finger. Not my idea, my other Dr. made the appointment for me. Who knew there was a hand specialist? I did not know.

I knew of the foot Dr. i am rambling. sorry. not much else. all is good!

I almost did not go to the Dr...but my finger kept hurting and hurting..i could have just kept it taped but i decided to have it all checked out.I really only thought it was sprained. I had the ex-ray performed and sure enough it was broken. On Friday I get to see a special hand orthopedic. No potting for four to six weeks. So that is all the excitement for this week I hope! Have a great day!

Diabetes is so close to my heart. Us moms need to stick together, so please e-mail me!! thinking of you..

So when i hear of another mom's who child is diagnosed with type one diabetes, it just pretty much brings back all those feelings when my kids were diagnosed. so much fear and not knowing. .So when someone comes by here and i cannot get a hold of i really want them to know that i care, and am here. I still have so much to learn about this disease!

O.k. as for pottery..last night i was at tennis and was hit by a ball. my pinky is black and blue and twice as big as my other one. So i am laying off the potter wheel this week. hopefully it will heal soon. I will focus on listing ALL of my inventory..that is my least favorite job, but i think it will serve me well this week..

HI..how are you? I hope well...i am gearing up my pottery and listing some in my Etsy shop..Been busy with photography and kids stuff. you know, life. The good the bad the ugly. I am hanging in there. Going through some difficult times, but I will be alright. It has always worked out so far..so i am trusting the process. I think when the kids were diagnosed with diabetes i have gone into survival mode. Benjamin just had his two year mark and we are getting close to Greer's two year mark . This disease is not fun. I pray for a cure for them. They are really doing great and handling it so well. ! Here are some pics to share..the white roses are from a wedding I did three weeks ago. I did not get any photos of the Bride and Groom because the wedding was to be way far away out of town.Like the snowman? cute huh?? Not ours a friend of mines kids made it. I loved it..the snow is all melted and we have lots of rain. Have a great weekend..i hope and wish you a happy and healthy 2010!

I have been having fun making these little mini vases...i have lots more that are drying right now. Glazed in a deep emerald green and the other in a rustic french blue. I am starting to perk up over here. Making bowls, taking pictures, cooking. I know. I can't believe it. Although I am a little worn out today. So I listed two things on Etsy. I will get more out there soon. My kiln is cooking as i write this. It feels good to get my hands in the clay again and roll those tiny balls one by one. Now I am watching the Boise State Football game because they are good ..Number five or six. It's fun. The whole community get's behind them.

Hanging in Here..

As soon as the kids went back to school everyone got sick..including me and even the dogs were feeling low. Today, everyone is at school and I can take a breather, i hope this lasts ..

Squeezing in a photography session here and there , throwing a few pots..trying to anyway. I really don't believe you can have it all. I tried once. I failed. So I lowered my expectations for the time being and that seems to really help and enjoying the process while i am at it. Who's in a hurry anyway? Whats the big deal. Slow down. Smell the coffee and the flowers. Life is short. That's what I am choosing today anyway. After all we only have today! Don't take it for granted.

So on that note. i took a pic of my cute dog Cub..while sick on the couch Sunday. I hope you all have a great day and are hanging in there as well.!

Hospital Visit

We ended up in the hospital last weekend due to complications of diabetes. Greer has type one and she got sick with a cold. Her blood sugars were not running high so I was not too concerned with ketones in her blood. So she starts throwing up, I do a urine test and it told me that I needed to get her in and be seen. Next thing you know she is getting an IV in her arm and being transported in an ambulence and she is admitted to I.C.U. That was fast, I am in shock and exhausted. I grabbed my camera, and took a few while we were there. Luckily we were there for only 24 hours..She has been home all week with a bad cold, and cough. I don't want to push it..SO that is what is going on in my little world. I really hope there is a cure. For her and Benjamin. This disease is the pits. It really is.

New Photography Blog

It has been a little while. I have been up to something that I thought I could not do. ever. I am starting my own photography business. It even feels weird to say it or say that I am a photographer really. But I am..so I have to get use to it.

I like change..but not too much. I have been taking photos for years..before pottery, before flower shops and before kids. It was my first real thing in my life that I could be creative with and i loved it. I just thought I would never be good at it or had the confidence to take it to a new level. So I will direct you to my new blog. I only have one post. Come see me , show me some love.!!

Thanks for sticking with me this past year. It has not been an easy one. After Ben and Greer were diagnosed this past year with type one diabetes I pretty much stopped posting and went into hiding. It has been hard, but I know people go through harder things than this and I know of one friend that has and it puts everything into perspective..So on that note, the kids are doing great! much better than I have handled it that is for sure. They say the first year is the hardest..and I do believe that. It was. But i see a light, and I am excited. God is good..i have that to believe!

Candlewick glass..i have always been drawn to this glass.I have a small collection. This is where I stole the idea to make my pottery . Although I can never get those balls as perfectly round or even as the glass, i always have loved it. Reminds me of polka dots.

Busy gettting kids ready for school. Always a chore..school supply shopping is the worst for me. oh well. Plus I am not ready for them to go back. Not just yet.

Met the nurses since two of my kids are type one diabetics..there is another whole element of getting ready for school. I wont even bore you with that one. So on a lighter note.

Well. you get someone you know, like my son Ben, or it could be you. It could not be me since I don't have a tripod yet. but gonna get one soon (good excuse, huh?) make them stand on a bench, or anything you want them to stand on and take the picture. I am here..Busy with life as everyone else is. I feel bad I have not been around. Changes in my life. Have had some lemons thrown at me and slowly making lemonade from it.

My camera has been a gift to me. I am loving it more everyday. This week I may splurge and but a new marco lense. Wanting to take photography to a new level..?! hmm well see.

So. Hopefully when school gets back in I will get back in my blogging grooviness.

I decided to list a few things on E-bay again. First , you can probably get my pottery at a good deal, and second, i just like to mix things up a bit. So...here are some pots that I listed today. My sweet dog Betty passed away over the weekend. She was part of our family and we truly loved her and will miss her. When she was a puppy I took her with me to the flower market in Carlsbad Calif. and she rode on my double decker carts. When we moved to Idaho we had to buy a lawn mower and had several carts. She loved riding on the lawn mower and slept in the garden carts. Betty was a fun charistmatic dog. She gave us lots of laughs, and we will sure miss her.

Just plugging away here on my little farm/mess. Still recovering from the Farm Chicks show. I am not as peppy as i use to be and just bounce back from things like that anymore..

I wanted to write something under each post, but Blogger wouldn't let me..the last photo is from today, rain, rain and more rain. It's OK for me because it is a warm summer rain. That makes all the difference. And those are the sugar snap peas? I picked them today as well. Wouldn't you know the high protein diet that I started on will not allow sugar snap peas. Darn. and those three pots with the beige dots..well, they are going to the Bahamas. I think I may just have to deliver them myself!

Well, we made it ! What a great show! I was overwhelmed! Great people, great vendors, cheap prices, cool stuff! Wow...Here are a few pics of the event..not in any kind of order because I am still too tuckered out..but love this bike!
and my soon to be ten year old made this sign for me..Sold lots of pots, and vases..such fun..lots of good feedback, and lots of new contacts and friends !

i bought stuff here. Her name was Joy and she was a great lady..just don't know the name of her shop!

Still here..the flowers are blooming and that makes me happy!
plugging away, getting ready for the Farm Chicks Show in Spokane next month!

My fav dog..Gus and my feet. This dog is always happy!

Some pretty nosegays..gosh sometimes I still wish i had a flower shop..but instead, i get to make em and take a pic for you guys to enjoy..

My girls and I tie dyed yesterday. It was fun..but forgot to wear the gloves. So we all have purple hands..not the pretty kind, it looks like they are really dirty..oh well, it was worth it!

took up tennis! just finished a mixed doubles and on to a ladies team that starts tonight. I am loving it. it is good for my soul, just like flowers.if i knew i was going to have this much fun, i would have done it years ago!

I was invited to have a booth at the Farm Chicks Antique Market this June! I have been making things like crazy to get ready for this fun adventure! I must say I am a bit nervous..I have done shows in the past with my flower shops, but it was things that I bought to sell. This will be different with everything being made by me !. Please check the girls out. They are darling and sweet, and also just came out with a book, and contribute to Country Living magazine. I want to be like them when I grow up!

I love my business cards. I order them through Moo on Flickr. They are my photos and I cropped them and added what I wanted to on the back. They are fast, professional and the quality is superb..Yay! This is my fourth or fifth order .

last but not least..finally the flowers are blooming. The hyacinth, muscari, and viola's are in! I had just about had it with winter and these guys showed up..! Whew. It has been a long, cold winter and I am ready for spring..

Riding up on the chairlift...pure peace..

and my other boy.Just the two of us that day. it snowed buckets, and we were cold..but we did not seem to mind one bit...we had fun..and laughed..and laughed at eachother..which makes it even more fun..

and dreaming of Spring..it is just around the corner. I am trying to live today and in the moment..have not been around..I have been loving on my children..who are growing up too fast..

This picture was from last spring..I am dying for some color, so I just pulled at this photo from last year. It is grey and brown, and not a lot of fun things to take pictures of. I think maybe that is why I am not posting as much..and busy with sick kids , broken arms, you know. Life. I do have some seeds started that I am excited about. I bought a bunch of wholesale seeds. Pansy and Sweet Pea's. The pansy's are Bolero variety which are ruffly cute little pansy fellows. i love them ! The sweet pea's, well I bought some stripey guys and fragrant dudes. So excited to plant a plethora of these varieties! The pansy's started coming up..and the sweet peas are almost ready.

Our new kitty..we adopted her ..We kept her name because it was cute. Sprinkles. She is fitting in just perfectly..

What do you think of this bi-color?? Well, it sold to my friend Gina at Feather Your Nest. I am excited to say that she will be carrying my vases! She grabbed him.Thinking about making more. Would love to have some input.

I did not make this chicken..i bought it. One stinking expensive $75.00 chicken. But so worth it.. Don't you agree? Ahh, maybe not.

This little horse got out twice in a 24 hour period. Actually all three of them got out. I am mad at them at the moment. Chasing them in 18 degree weather in my pajamas and croc's is not pretty.

And lastly..Cub, and Tess. They have lost more weight than I have. I am happy for them. really i am..Off to make some dinner.

And this is my little Doe cruising down the run..She did good for taking a year off..

and my 19 year old Trev..he is cute, huh? He thinks I am a little crazy.I will let him think that.

OOPS! sideways..sorry about that. This is what my life has been like come to think of it. Ben broke his arm snowboarding..he was on the other side of the hill with an instructor of all things. Luckily it is not that bad..and doe was sick and had her third chronic sinus infection so I took her down the hill to the Dr. and get her medicine and rest. . Mike was feeding the animals at home so we did a switch... He came up and stayed in the condo with the kids and got to snowboard and I went back down to be the keeper of the animals. See..its hard having animals and leaving or finding someone to feed them, so we have to do crazy stuff like that. In the end it all works out.

I love to ski..mom and Dad were skiers and even met each other while skiing. I hated it until I was in high school. Then it was cool to ski with my friends and such. Dad was hardcore, and made us ski while it was snowing. We were the first ones to get on the lift and last ones to leave the hill. It was brutal! They did not even have fleece in those days. Oh..the memories. I just wanted to sled..like the normal kids do.I though that there was nothing normal about this business. I got over it..and I am grateful for my parents taking me skiing, and now look at me! I am doing it with my kids..let you in on a secret. we sleep in..and get out on the slope around 1:00 p.m. and ski until whenever we want to.The lifts close at ten. Fleece makes all the difference in the world. Thanks Mom and Dad. Thank you fleece..is fleece made out of used tires? oh well.

Oh..and on that rampage of a blog post while i should be in bed. This peony photo from last year. Oh Mr. Peony...please bloom early..it is ugly over here.

Hey! It has been dreary, foggy, and sluggish in my neck of the woods..so..
I bought these! To lighten the mood..and..

This little guy is pretty cheery on our walks together. We are both on diets. Cub needs to loose 15 lbs, and I wont go into what I have to loose. The walking has helped my moods, I must say. I am not caving in to the weather, so we are out everyday, bundled up ..It's not so bad. I did not die walking..i lived to tell about it!

And..i am taking a picture a day..for 365 days. This is me. I see all those folks on flickr taking pictures of themselves..so here is mine. Minus some photo shopping my wrinkles of course. So vain. I know.

I am here..did not fly the coop just yet. I am hanging in there after the holiday...My sister and niece came to visit for a week..that was fun. I hated to see them go.

Snow, slush, putting the tree away, and all of my "stuff" still in the process..I will be back for a real post soon..hope all is well..i hope this year will better than last..Some years are better than others, that's for sure.

I use to peak ..at presents. I was in the 4Th grade. I peaked at everything. And let me tell you once you are a peeker you are always referred to as the peeker. I am still accused of the crime that I did some thirty years ago. What's up with that?

But I do love foil paper..it does not tear and you can put the tape right back to where it is suppose to be. I also love those cellophane bags, or any kind of bags for that matter. Nobody will ever know you were looking..I have more tips..but I don`t peak..i swear.oh yeah, i don't swear, but if i did i would..

Twin bowls..fraternal..not identical..i use them to hold salt on my counter..easy to grab a pinch of salt! You know that shaking out of the jar thing is so old school.

Hello my little display. To make you feel better. This is my only display that i have gotten around to this year. I swear! and i don't swear!. Decorating is not on the top of my list this year. I would rather be producing and throwing clay pots..it is so addicting and suits my behavior so well these days.

Candy Canes..the cheapest cutest way to decorate for only $.88 cents a box and Win Co..A store that I love in Idaho..

Since the last time I blogged, i acquired one bird and one hamster to the mix..My nine year old idea. She paid for it with her own money, and I was a softy..i am a sucker like that.

Plugging along making more pots. Have you met my bird? This is Blue the lovebird ..He is a character and loves to lay in the palm of my hand and have his tummy scratched like this..

and loves hanging out with me while i read my friends blogs..has not a clue I am blogging about him today..

He is a sweet little friend, and drives me nuts at times, but i do love him. He is the sweetest. at least i think he is, he could be a girl and i would not even kn0w it. I could pluck a feather out of him and send it to a lab for one hundred dollars and have his DNA tested to see "what " he is, but today i think i will pass and call him a boy bird..

On that birdie note. I have one sicky..we bought a gingerbread house already made and is standing up! don't you hate those ones that are cooked , but not put together? I do. and i could never get the thing to stay up. So today we will decorate it, and it will stand, and not fall like last year.

So that it all!! Have a wonderful day, and try not to get caught up in the craziness pressure cooking holiday that only this holiday can bring on. Because that is what I am trying to do.

Hello!! How are you? I am fine thank you!

Had a great holiday with my immediate family..This week marks our five year anniversary living in Idaho..

We thought maybe we would move back to California, when Ben was diagnosed with type one..then Greer was diagnosed, and it just seemed easier to stay. Plus our house did not sell..I think i am finally getting use to it. I hated the winters and always made the excuse that it was too cold to walk or run..but this past month i have been committing to walking in the cold. It is not that bad either! I can handle it.

The pansy's are blooming. I think they got cheated in the name department. When you say pansy what comes to your mind? Weak, frail,wimpy, right? I thought so. But when you really think about it and know what they do , well you might just think differently..this little flower is blooming, and it was 26f this morning, and has been freezing here the last month. Look how beautiful they are? So pretty! I love them..they make me happy.

I made dinner reservations for tomorrow.No cooking! everyone wanted to go out. How could I argue with that? They don`t eat most of it anyway.Then we will go see a movie..I am eating a pecan pie with chocolate chips in it. It is really good. I made it myself. I think i could win an award it is so good!I will post the recipe later..I am too tired.I had some gals from my bible study come and make pies yesterday. It was fun, but wore me out. I dont know why?

I watched the History channel with the White House. Love the White House. I have a secret burning desire to be the official White House florist. All to often I approach my daily's chores with I have to do this.. the laundry, pick up the kids from school, clean the floors, you know the drill. All that boring stuff. On Saturday mornings Mike meets a group of guys from church for coffee at the local hangout..They share their struggles and what have you. I really do not know or want to know what they talk about. He shares every so often. On Saturday he came home and shared this with me:

Have you ever heard of " Get to ?" I had not heard of that ...tell me,please.

One of the guys had a friend who met someone for breakfast..well later that night this person was in an accident and did not 'Get To" do anything anymore.This person was paralyzed, and now in a wheel chair.This person does not get to walk, mop floors, do the laundry, This person does not get to do the daily's of life..How sad and horrible is that, and would be ? How much do I take for granted, and am not grateful for just today , and living it and being thankful for it. How many times do I complain? A lot. I complain a lot. Maybe not so much on here, but in my head i am the queen of complain..trust me.

I am grateful that I get to do pretty much almost everything. and the fun stuff is icing on the cake.

So instead of I have to..

I get to..pick up the kids insulin so they can live

I get to drive to the grocery store and be able to pay for it so we can eat.

I get to wash the laundry in the comfort of my warm home and not drag it to the laundry mat..

There is so much more. My little head is grateful for being able to do so many things that I do a very good job complaining about..

Hi!

I am here..and all is good. very busy..husband has been overloaded at work, so i am helping when I can, and holding down this fort of ours..all is good, nobody is sick, and yes, the new puppies are cute, and doing well. I think they grew overnight. Mother is eating a lot. I am hand feeding her. She is so tired, and does not want to be away from the little ones. When i put her out, she runs back in her little room wanting to be with them is so worried. Very sweet.

Getting ready for Thanksgiving. It will be just us. I am hoping to catch a movie with the family after we stuff ourselves.

Trying to catch up on some pottery orders, so in between the puppies, kids, feeding the horses and all the other stuff i throw clay as much as i can. I am usually covered in dry clay everyday. even my reading glasses, hair and cell phone have dried clay stuck to it. Everyone knows which cell phone is mine because mine is the dirty one..we all have the same phones. i will take a picture of it for proof! I am also taking another refresher clay class. That meets on Wednesday..and I took my crochet class with Kar, and that has been a blast. I am probably doing too much, but that's the way I like to do things..busy is good for me. i think so , maybe i am too busy to think about it..oh well. such is life. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving..I am grateful for all of my friends I have met on here..More pics soon to follow!! xox jules

This is a Scabiosa flower..loves the cool weather even after the frost it is looking pretty perky, unlike me!. And my apple tree. It is rainy and gloomy here. But I do like it..makes you want to curl up and have some soup or chili, ya know? But I am too lazy to make it today..

Messy. I know. I am brave, i did not clean up for you guys. This is how it usually is in my little clay room..I clean it every so often, but then it just gets messed up again. So there you go..
